Product specs, export compliance and shipping — the questions we hear most from overseas customers.
Which of your products need no export license?
Standard antimony trioxide (purity below 99.99%), ethylene glycol antimony (industrial grade), sodium antimonate, flame retardant masterbatch and DBDPE are outside China's dual-use export control list and ship without license delays. Antimony ingot and 4N (≥99.99%) trioxide require an export license — clearly marked, with our assistance for qualified buyers.
What is the CAS number of antimony trioxide?
Antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) is CAS 1309-64-4 — the key antimony flame-retardant synergist.
Why is antimony trioxide used together with bromine flame retardants?
At high temperature, Sb2O3 reacts with HBr released by brominated flame retardants to form SbBr3, a dense gas-phase radical scavenger. This gas-phase synergy is what achieves UL 94 V-0.
What is the difference between 99.5% and 99.8% grades?
The 99.8% grade has tighter impurity control (lower Fe, As, Pb) and typically finer whiteness — preferred for catalyst use and light-sensitive polymers. General flame retardancy usually runs on 99.5%.
What particle size (D50) do you offer?
Ultra-fine grade D50 ≤ 1.0 μm; standard grade around 1.5–2.5 μm. Smaller D50 gives better dispersion in plastics.
Do you provide COA, MSDS and export documents?
Yes — Certificate of Analysis per batch, English MSDS, and full export paperwork for qualified orders.
What are your packaging and MOQ?
25 kg PP bags palletized, or 1 t jumbo bags. MOQ typically 1 t for trioxide; mixed-product containers available.
What payment and delivery terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C and other terms negotiable by order size; FOB / CIF / CFR / DAP available. Confirm with our sales team for your destination port.
